As Executive Assistant to the highest rank of IOM officials, one of the most influential humanitarians of our time, among which the IOM Regional Senior Director of the Middle East and North Africa, the late Mr. Pasquale Lupoli, Mr. Tommaso De Cataldo, Mr. Paulo De Silva Marques, and Mr. Pier Luigi Gentile, later International Cooperation Advisor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of the Republic of Italy, and later a Consul General of Italy in Casablanca, I had the privilege to master the most effective skills in Diplomatic Relations and International Cooperation.
February 2002 - April 2007, I was assigned Program Coordinator and Focal Point for the German Forced Labour Compensation Programme (GFLCP). I managed to process over 5000 claims within the last 2 months of the program deadline after which I was promoted.
IOM is a leading agency in the field of migration, providing services and advice to governments and migrants, with offices in over 100, 146 member states, 13 states holding observer status.

I managed multi - faceted humanitarian programs funded by the Government of Japan, a Self-Sustaining Social-Economic Project for Women in Underdeveloped Multiethnic Societies, Textile Production Industrial Program for Income Generation and Vocational Training of Vulnerable Groups of Unemployed Women.
I organized a complete Medical Centre Rehabilitation Project, a full equipment of Intensive Care Ward, Infectious Diseases Clinic, State University Hospital Skopje Macedonia, assisted the development of Clean and Green Environmental Project for urban district of Skopje.

I supervised the restoration and design and managed the property of a five star Presidential Apartment situated in a historical palace in the capital of the Republic of Macedonia. My client was the US Embassy mainly highly ranking officials, representatives of the diplomatic core. I supervised all the operations of procurement, repair & maintenance.

LITERATURE
I was featured in my Elementary School Jubilee Anthology with a poem and poetic prose and won a literary prize for one of my Essays. In those early years, I used to read my work for the school radio station and often received applause and ovations of the entire school. The school collegium usually embraced my work "with tears in their eyes".
