Washington, DC 20024

From Europe with Love

I am experienced European professional that just moved to Washington, DC and I am more than excited to explore a stellar career in the Capital.

I have extensive and diverse experience as a Program Coordinator, Information Focal Point, and Executive Assistant in the diplomatic sector, mainly the United Nations, the Government, and the Non-Governmental sector.

Among my accomplishments is my team successfully countering organized transnational crime in South East Europe and placing Republic of Macedonia on the first tier of countries successfully countering trafficking in human beings.

My team introduced the first law on Trafficking in Human Beings in the Balkan region. We trained the Judiciary, the Public Prosecution, and the Law enforcement on effectively rescuing and treating victims of trafficking. I established the liaison and I built the capacity of the local NGO sector for Shelter Management and rehabilitation of victims. We facilitated the implementation of the Border Management Programs.

I am one of the editors of the Practicums on the best practices to combat trafficking in human beings.

I had the great honor to serve the highest rank of UN officials and most influential humanitarians of our time, among which the IOM Regional Senior Director of the Middle East and North Africa, Mr. Pasquale Lupoli, his deputies, Mr. Paulo Da Silva Marques for the Kosovo Mission, and the Officer in Charge Mr. Tommaso De Cataldo at the Skopje Mission, the Program Officers, Mr. Pier Luigi Gentile, later International Cooperation Advisor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of the Republic of Italy, and Consul General of the Republic of Italy in Casablanca and the entire team of Project Staff in the Republic of Macedonia, as well as the successor of the Chief of Mission, Mr. Enrico Ponziani.

I completed 15 World Bank projects for Improvement of Municipal  services implemented by the Ministry of Finance of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, contributing to modernisation of schools, city services, public sanitation and health, and public parks.

I implemented three humanitarian programs for JARC Japan, a rehabilitation of a State hospital; establishing a textile production facility for employment of self-supporting unemployed mothers; and a clean and green environmental program for a local municipality.

I enriched my translator portfolio in all literary genres, diplomatic, legal, and technical domains.

I restored a monumental historical property only two hours from the Greek coast, to this day housing USA Embassy officials including the Consul General.

I established a successful fashion business consisted of two haute Couture Boutiques in the downtown of the Capital, and a textile production atelier that for decades dressed the clientele of the highest echelon and social and cultural significance.

I also had the privilege to open of one of the most beautiful Hotels in the region and to host the opening receptions for the official delegations and the press. I managed the VIP Executive Lounge dedicated to the Gold Card Members.

I organised marketing campaign jazz concerts for promotion of a Boutique Hotel in the Skopje Old Town that promoted tourism and cultural relations.

I was Data Entry Basic Audit Technician for a company serving major Governmental institutions and high-profile companies in USA, and I now manage a team of industrial production specialists in the decoration department of a luxury cosmetics packaging manufacturer.

I am a Graduated Cultural Technician with General High School Diploma and specialisation in English Language and Literature.

I am trained Archivist with 2 years practical work in the National Archive of the Republic of Macedonia.

I am a trained  Museum Curator with 2 years practical work in the National Museum of the Republic of Macedonia.

I am a trained Librarian, Library Curator, with 2 years practical training at the National and University Library "St. Kliment of Ohrid" in the Capital of Republic of Macedonia, Skopje, rich in rare books and famous for incunabulum restoration.

I am profoundly interested in the curation and preservation of exquisite collections of early books and prints.

Raised with the work of Shakespeare, the honouring the tradition, the mastery of the English literary genius is my highest goal. My greatest passion are the 6th- and 17th-century books and prints.

I am a writer and calligrapher fully dedicated to the beauty of literature. I am also a designer inspired by literature and the immense cultural influence of the literary heritage as a foundation for the highest civilisational development.

I am intellectually captivated and aesthetically motivated artist particularly drawn to the majestic exquisiteness of the great Empires and the unparalleled cultural and social significance of their cultural institutions.

I believe that the highest values of the human civilisation are achieved in the local communities. I am driven by a vision of a noble world and magnificent future of restoration.

My love for America and it's people, my America and my people, is an engine that supports all my creative energy.

I know that all the challenges will make us profoundly excellent in building greater cities and stronger nations.

As a philanthropist  I am profoundly interested in contributing to international development and cooperation. I could not imagine a higher purpose in life than helping people in need of assistance, nor more fulfilling job than one dedicated to the humanitarian causes and the highest human values.

What drew me to diplomacy and humanitarian work are the ideals for dignified existence, the power of networking, cultural alliance, international cooperation, exchange of ideas, and most of all the love of people.

Coming from the bloodline of Alexander the Great,  Dr. Nikola Tesla, the strongest dynasty of the Byzantine empire, the city of the beloved Mother Teresa, being a niece of Petar Hadzi Boskov, famous sculptor and collaborator of Henry Moore, I am inspired to build a better world.

I had the privilege to be a student of Professor of Comparative Literature, Maja Bojadjievska, of the Faculty of Philology,  at the University Saint Cyril and Methodius, who received the highest national award. Her review of my early work was the brightest moment in my literary life.

My mentors were the exceptional humanitarians of our time, the late Mr. Pasquale Lupoli, Mr. Hiroshi Matsumoto, and Dr. Joana Angelova.

I am the restorer of the palace of the first Steel producer in Macedonia.

I come from a Capital in Europe that achieved amazing development, an ancient city rebuilt magnificently in a very short period of time after the fall of the regime. It's unique success story, the mastermind architects and idealists behind it, like H.E. Vangel Bozinovski, that I have the honour and the pleasure to be my lifelong mentor, have ignited the flame of unstoppable ambition in me to reimagine the world.

The cosmopolitan tradition of Macedonians as world renown builders with unparalleled reputation is my great legacy.   I have a vision of thriving cities with solid infrastructure, public transportation across the counties connecting the cities with the outskirts i.e the workers with the worksites in the industrial zones, restored small businesses, solved unemployment, street lights, sidewalks, bridges, and benches extending out of the city limits.

I conceptualise mechanisms for prevention of homelessness and raising housing quality standards.

I explore new opportunities for attracting investments and people in underdeveloped regions, and innovative ways for advancement into a more sophisticated system and high profile promotion.

My highest goal is to contribute to establishing a humane existence, architecture of mechanisms for support accessible to the modern citizen through capacity building of the institutions for direct support in the local communities.

I arrived in the USA in 2018 and the American reality and the obstacles that the vulnerable categories of citizens are facing today were revealed to me from the true aspect of the society, from the field. I completely understood and I related with outmost compassion to all the stages of the complex spiral and I developed strategy concepts for exciting the crises era.

I believe there is a solution for the system to successfully  prevent any further disasters and to promote a future built to the human scale and  tailored to the true potential of the modern man.

As one of the pioneers of the internet era in establishing influential literary blog platform, viral poetry video presentations, and overall success in building an internet presence and a name, I influenced a great audience of young people who later published their first books from the content of their blogs.

Building a fashion brand, and a successful historical real estate businesses, allowed me to develop unique business development skills.

Being able to assist officials in delivering legendary speeches, publications, and reports was an amazing opportunity to use my talents far beyond the ordinary goal expectations.

I aspire to bring true excellence in everything I do. I operate with high energy, dedication, loyalty, a sophisticated, warm, vibrant, inspirational, informed, and highly cultured approach, enthusiasm, superior people skills, problem solving capacity, rich experience and comprehensive knowledge.

I suffer from incurable enthusiasm and love of beauty. "Beauty will save the world"!

We have a beautiful world. My goal is to renew its magnificence with gentleness and love.

I had the privilege to be raised by two remarkable women who made art out of life. My grandmother introduced me to high culture, literature, philosophy and music. My mother introduced me to aesthetic values and beauty, haute couture, design, film. We hosted the most brilliant minds of our time that congregated in our home daily.

RESTORATION/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

SINCE 1999 - 2021
Owner - Manager
THE STEEL BARON PALACE SUITE
SKOPJE, LENIVOVA 17, I/3, 1000 SKOPJE
REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

The Steel Baron Palace was my first, and so far most significant, historical palace restoration project. Amazing asset in one's real estate portfolio at the tender age of 25. It was a majestic building built by a first Steel merchant in the region, situated in the capital Skopje, on only two hours from Thessaloniki and the Aegean coast, a monument of great historical value, and a cultural heritage, that I had the privilege to own, restore,  and manage  since 1990.

The property used to be the first Government of the Republic of Macedonia. After the completion of 10 years renovations I rented out the same to the USA Embassy in Skopje for many decades and it is to this day a residence of a high ranking US Diplomat.

I restored, designed and managed a Presidential Residence situated in a historical palace in the capital of the Republic of Macedonia, that accommodates the officials of the USA Embassy for over a decade, and prior to this the Crown Agents, Britain.

I performed all real estate management duties, as well as management of customer service, marketing and administration. I organized and supervised all the operations of procurement, repair & maintenance.

My poetry and photography was featured in the  first issue of the Nocturnal Void Magazine, established by Ms. Milene Willoughby and a photographer of the Vogue Magazine.

I am a blogger since 31 May 2006. My  Literary Blog was featured in the Time Magazine, Macedonia. I had an enormous fan base.  The blog was also recommended regularly by the host of the most popular Night Show in Macedonia, as well as the most famous blogger/writer at the time.

My poem was featured in the Literary Magazine Stozer of the Macedonian Writers' Association.

I was featured in my Elementary School Jubilee Anthology with a poem and poetic prose and won a literary prize for one of my Essays. In those early years, I used to read my work for the school radio station and often received applause and ovations of the entire school.
